RETURN POLICY



If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return or exchange the item in its original condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, less the initial shipping cost. Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or used. Merchandise MUST have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Gifts are returnable with the above conditions, for store credit only.

Please follow the instructions on the Return/Exchange form included in your package. You MUST put the Return Authorization # we provide you on the outside of the return package, as well as on the form. Returns WILL NOT be accepted without this number. Returns postmarked after 14 days of receipt of merchandise will not be accepted. Special order items cannot be returned. Sale items are not returnable.

All returns must be sent via UPS, registered mail, or other delivery services that provide tracking information and requires a signature upon delivery. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless Sapphire Sky has sent an incorrect or damaged item.
